BRAND NEW SIN Embark On U.S. TourWith Type O Negative and Celtic FrostÂBRAND NEW SIN kicked off a U.S. tour last night alongside Type O Negative, and will be direct support until labelmates Celtic Frost join the bill on April 9th. This trek marks the group’s second U.S. run in support of their critically acclaimed album, Tequila, which Decibel magazine praises as “accessible, blue-collar, booze-tinged metal.â€ÂBRAND NEW SIN recently completed a highly successful UK tour alongside Soil, the first European run of their career. Last week, they returned to the roads of America with two sold-out shows alongside Stone Sour. See below for their current tour itinerary, and click the link below to check out their video for “Motormeth.â€ÂJoe Altier (vocals) further describes his excitement over the upcoming tour: “We are extremely excited to be on road with the legendary Type O Negative. We thank Pete Steele and the rest of the guys for asking us to be a part of their first tour in nearly three years. This friendship was born when Peter joined us in the studio last year to lend his vocals to the track ‘Reaper Man,’ which we hope to perform live with him on a few dates this spring. We are also looking forward to having Celtic Frost on the bill. I know this lineup seems strange, but in a world where most tours feature bands that all sound exactly the same, this diverse bill should be a treat for fans old and young. Our set on this tour will see some more of the songs featured on our new disc Tequila, as well as some classics. Come out and enjoy what is bound to be one hell of a tour. See you all soon.â€ÂBRAND NEW SIN w/Type O Negative (BNS Direct Support)03/29   Trocadero – Philadelphia, PA03/30   Starland Ballroom – Sayreville, NJ03/31  The Palladium – Worcester, MA04/02   Bogart’s – Cincinnati, OH04/03  House of Blues – Cleveland, OH04/05  Rex Theatre – Pittsburgh, PA04/06   Newport Music Hall – Columbus, OH04/07   Harpo’s – Detroit, MIw/Type O Negative, Celtic Frost04/09  Metro – Chicago, IL04/10  First Avenue – Minneapolis, MN04/11  The Eagles Club – Milwaukee, WI04/13  Pop’s – Sauget, IL04/14   Granada Theatre – Lawrence, KS04/15  Ogden Theatre – Denver, CO04/16  The Great Salt Air – Salt Lake City, UT04/18  Slim’s – San Francisco, CA04/19  House of Blues – Las Vegas, NV04/20  The Avalon – Los Angeles, CA04/21  Ventura Theatre – Ventura, CA04/22  House of Blues – Anaheim, CA04/23   Marquee Theatre – Tempe, AZ04/25  Palladium Ballroom – Dallas, TX04/26   Concrete Street Pavilion – Corpus Christi, TX04/27  The Meridian – Houston, TX04/28  White Rabbit – San Antonio, TX04/30  Hard Rock Live – Orlando, FL05/02  Jannus Landing – St. Petersburg, FL05/04  The Masquerade – Atlanta, GA05/05   Tremont Music Hall – Charlotte, NC05/06  Sonar – Baltimore, MD05/08  Irving Plaza – New York, NY “BRAND NEW SIN are one of America’s most exciting and damn near perfect metal bands.â€
