Kevin Lyman of Warped tour interviewed about Rockstar Mayhem tour with Slipknot and Disturbed
"Jason [Garner, Live Nation Chief Executive Officer of North American Music].was real cool on this. [He] pretty much allowed us to use their facilities and create a show we wanted to present and the financial backing we needed to make the creative deals with artists that we were able to make," Lyman told Billboard.com. "This all came together to bring in a show at a fair ticket price for the caliber of the bands that will be on the package."
