Two new dates just announced! Linkin Park will be performing at the Provinssirock Festival in Seinajoki, Finland on June 13.
Linkin Park will be headlining Edgefest in Toronto, Canada on July 12. LPU members can get access to Edgefest presale tickets (with a $5 discount offer for presale tickets only) starting February 27 at 10:00am EST to February 29 at 5:00pm EST. Tickets go on sale to the public starting March 1 at 2pm EST.
June 13 – Provinssirock Festival, Seinajoki, Finland – Tickets
June 14 – Hultsfred Festival, Hultsfred, Sweden – Tickets

Since we posted the last entry, we’ve gotten tons of phone calls and people posting things on websites saying that we are breaking up. I just want to make it clear, though, that by posting two nights ago we weren’t saying the band was over.
it would be better for us to just be honest about what’s going on - even though, it was a pretty vague explanation. Man, some of the rumors that I’ve heard going around are insane! It’s weird how out of hand things can get even when you just try to tell a simple truth. (for the record, my eggo is not preggo). Anyway, we just need to take time to make this band the best it can be… and we are doing that now.

Another show in Toronto has been confirmed for STP. That leaves us back in how Scott Weiland is still battling his addiction problems from earlier this year. Maybe he feels he would tarnish the reputation of STP versus the short legacy of Velvet Revolver. So is it so long Velvet Revolver?

Yes we connected it. Remember back in the day there were very strong rumors when David Lee Roth was supposed to be hitting on Eddie Van Halen’s girl friend who was Valerie Bertinelli. This was in the days of 1984 the release. Shortly after Mr Roth left the band. Well with the recent Valerie scoop of cheating and band canceling a show, is there a connection? I bet you a million bucks there was!! Knowing Roth’s jibbing attitude, he might have gotten under the skin of Eddie while they were visiting this Downtown Mall. After sharing the stage in 2007, it seems the egos of both bands are behind them. Kerry King was on stage with Marilyn Manson during his LA stop off.
SLAYER guitarist KERRY KING joined MARILYN MANSON onstage in Los Angeles on Saturday (23Feb08) for a rendition of IRRESPONSIBLE HATE ANTHEM.
Manson was performing at the Wiltern Theater when his 2007 touring pal took to the stage
