Can someone explain to this girlfriend who travelled to see Van Halen tour but was cancelled?

 

If this happened to me, I would be pretty mad. What about you?  I wonder if Van Halen ever still apologized to their fan on a more personal level.

 

Great my girlfriend brought me tikets to van halen in chicago.We live in uk cost us a fortune to book flights,hotel,tickets ect and now its all sad what can i say.
